Wife Appears in Court to Face Husband in Alleged Murder-for-Hire Plot

A month later after being shot by her allegedly by a hitman hired by her husband, a Texas woman, Nancy Howard, appeared in court to go through with the divorce of her husband John Howard. Prosecutors are saying that John Howard, who was an accountant who sang in a church choir, had a secret life and paid alot of alleged hitmen over $100,000 to kill his wife so he could be with his mistress in California. His wife was shot in the driveway of their home on August 18. She was a mother of three and was in a coma for some days; the bullet destroyed her eye and hit a lung. John amitted he did have and affair for four years but says he has nothing to do with the shooting of his wife and is pleading not guilty.Johns' attorney,Arch McColl,  told ABC News Nancy really doesn't want a divorce."He has three beautiful children, a long marriage with a lovely wife who does not want to divorce him. She's indicated that in writing," said McColl. Nancy refuse to answer any questions, but is continuing to move forward with it by showing up in court. "I prayed through the whole incident and called on God to save me, and he did. He carried me through," Nancy Howard told ABC News affiliate WFAA. Te plan to kill his wife has been going on since 2009 and is just now being brought into court. When EVERYTHING could have been avoided if he just would have gotten a divorce. Now Mr John Howard wont be seeing his "ex"-wife or mistress who's in "California" alone with his buddies who he paid so much money to. How about that sir in the end you end up with NOBODY!!!!!

Mrs.Day

Today Mrs.Day wasn't holding her tongue with nobody. She was fed up with what's being going on with everybody in the class thus far. People not READING, to be specific, but not only reading just doing our work period and not getting it done in the right amount of time. The fact of the matter is, if you now feel like the class is to much for you to handle, transfer back to a regular English III class like you're used to. In AP its either you can handle the challenge or just give up. Being in AP is just a challenge on its on, Mrs.Day can't hold your hand like your old teachers in past have held it, and let you get by not knowing everything there's to know. AP can be as easy as READING and completing the work in the right amount of time. Mrs. Day does give you a lengthy amount of time to turn your assaignments in, but if you just take advantage of that then just get your schedule changed. Mrs. Day has a reputation of having all to most of her students pass the test and she doesn't need you messing that up for her. To keep your life simple continue doing what you simply do in life.
